This will help me to be more aware of when I’m doing these things so that I can stop them before they become too ingrained. Second, I can try to relax and de-stress by doing things like yoga or meditation. This will help me to avoid biting my nails or grinding my teeth as a way of coping with stress. Finally, I can go to a dentist and get a mouth guard to wear at night while I sleep. This will protect my teeth from being damaged by the grinding motion.
